Is this a digital currency?
No. A Coin Block "coin" is not a digital currency or a crypto asset, and it is not traded on any platform or exchange. It is an internal unit representing your share in a specific property project, and every purchase is matched by a documented ownership contract signed with the company.
What protects my rights?
Every subscription is documented by a written ownership contract between you and Coin Block MESTERBERO Real Estate Token (LLC), an Egyptian company listed in the commercial register under No. 313171 at the Cairo Investment Commercial Register Office. You can verify the registration through the Internal Trade Development Authority. Even so, real estate investment carries the possibility of both profit and loss.
What is the minimum amount to start?
The minimum subscription is set in the terms of each offering: [set in the offering terms]. Sign up to get your Member ID, and our team will tell you the minimum for the project you are interested in.
When are profits distributed?
Profits — if any are made — are distributed periodically from projects once they are operating, on the dates set out in each offering's terms. There is no fixed or guaranteed rate of return.
How do I sell my share?
After the building is completed within the period stated in each project's offering, the unit is put up for sale and you receive your money on sale. For hotel rooms and shops, management offers your share for sale. There is no resale or trading market on the website.
Who is the company?
Coin Block MESTERBERO Real Estate Token (LLC), an Egyptian company established under Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, listed in the commercial register under No. 313171 at the Cairo Investment Commercial Register Office, with the registration valid until 2031/10/05. Its activity is real estate investment in new urban communities and information technology, and its address is Office (5), 28 Makram Ebeid St., Nasr City, Cairo.
