General terms

  1. Subscriptions to any project take place outside the website, under a documented ownership contract signed by the member and the company.
  2. Each project has its own offering terms setting the minimum subscription, offering period, expected completion date, and the distribution and exit mechanism; these prevail in case of any conflict.
  3. The coin balance on the My account page reflects signed contracts only, and is updated by the company after a contract is signed.
  4. Members cannot change their own balance; any mistake is corrected by an adjustment entry with an explanatory note.
  5. The 5-coin gift is granted once to a member whose total purchases reach 100 coins or more, while supplies last.

Privacy notice

  • At sign-up we collect: full name, username, mobile/WhatsApp number, city, and the number of coins you are interested in.
  • We use this data to manage your account, contact you about projects, prepare ownership contracts, and meet our legal obligations.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as required by law or to perform your contract.
  • Your password is stored hashed and nobody can read it, and we never put personal data in page URLs.
  • You can ask us to correct your data or delete your account, subject to the contract records we are legally required to keep.
